I'm passionate about building strong collaborative design culture. I believe the best work comes from teams who can be honest and vulnerable with one another. Building that culture requires establishing trust, a deep understanding of all members of the team and space for everyone to feel comfortable failing.
My leadership philosophy
I lead with respect and humility. I feel very lucky to work with and support many brilliant, capable and highly skilled individuals. I am a lifelong learner and am honored to learn from everyone I work with.
I lead with honesty and openness. To build a culture of collaboration and trust, you have to create a space where team members can bring their whole selves to work. I believe frequent and ongoing communication about both work and life outside of work is essential.
I believe a leader is only as good as her team. Leadership is about serving your team by designing processes, frameworks and practices that enable them to stay focused and do their best work.
